RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on ketoperformancemax.com in accordance with the terms below:

A return authorization must be requested and approved within 30 days of your date of purchase. You must contact us at [email protected] to request and receive a return mailing authorization (“RMA”). Once you RMA has been approved, we will send you an RMA number and Address to send back to product.

The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product(s).
Once an RMA is approved and you are sent the RMA #, please return the bottle(s) and email us back with the RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return. You will have to pay for shipping.

We must receive your returned Product to the address provided within 30 days of your original order to receive a refund.

For multiple bottle returns, each bottle much be included in the return shipment or you will only be partially refunded for each bottle received.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
